Brief Introduction of Frying Machine
1. The fryer is composed of a mesh belt conveying system, a mesh belt lifting system, a heating system, a circulating system pot, and a slag scraping system.
2. The fryer heats the edible oil through the electric heating tube to generate heat energy. The mesh belt automatic conveying system carries the food through the oil tank to complete the food frying process.
3. The mesh belt conveying system uses a frequency conversion speed regulating motor to drive the mesh belt. The speed of the mesh belt can be adjusted and the frying time can be controlled.
4. The machine adopts upper and lower double-layer mesh belts for transmission, and the food is sandwiched between the double-layer mesh belts, which can make the frying thoroughly and the food will not float. The distance between the upper and lower mesh belts can be adjusted to adapt to different products.
5. The mesh belt lifting system adopts electric drive, the mesh belt is raised more easily, and can be automatically positioned, making the cleaning of the oil tank and the mesh belt more convenient.
6. The discharge mesh belt is a stainless steel plate chain, and the pressing mesh belt is a stainless steel woven mesh belt.
